These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all offers made by Chantry Fine Arts (T/A Chantry Fine Art) [hereinafter CFA] - all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the items, products and services offered on this website.

RETURN RIGHTS

We are committed to quality items, products and services and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied that your purchase is received by you in compliance with the description and condition detailed herein [the CFA website and/or our eBay site], you may return it within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the item. Shipping charges will normally be refunded. Refunds will be made after the returned item has been received by CFA in un-damaged condition [save for any original damage caused in transit to you] and has been inspected by CFA. CFA reserves the right to appoint an arbitrator in the event of any dispute between the parties.

If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, whether as a result of insufficient packaging and/or delivery agent handling we offer a convenient ‘PhotoReport’ option. Simply take a digital photographs of the item and of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to enquiry@chantryfinearts.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order item description and/or number, the shipping ID or delivery agent reference number and let us have full details why you are seeking a refund. Your email report will normally be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box/case/crate. We cannot accept any liability for any damage or loss as a result of insecure packaging and/or loss by the returning delivery agent. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a ‘trackable’ and ‘signed for’ method. CFA cannot accept any responsibility and/or liability for any items lost in transit.

PRICING

Notwithstanding any item, product or services’ prices that may be shown on the website, we may not be able to confirm the final price of an item until your order is received and, for example, final delivery costs are calculated. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be wrongly priced as a result of human error and/or price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price you may simply cancel the order by notifying us via email and/or telephone.

ITEM, PRODUCT & SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

We attempt to describe our items, products and services as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If any item and/or product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your remedy is to return it in unused and undamaged condition for a refund. Refunds will be made after the returned item has been returned in un-damaged condition [save for any damage caused in transit to you] and has been inspected by CFA.

DISCLAIMER

We are not liable for any financial damage [including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase] that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the item.

In order to process and fulfil your order, it may be necessary to transfer certain transaction information and personal data to servers or databases in the UK controlled by ourselves and/or our hosted servers. Such information is utilised purely for the single transaction and your personal data [save for your email address] is not held subsequent to the completion of the transaction. APPLICABLE LAW

The offers by CFA, your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of our items, products and services sold and purchased are subject to the laws of England. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our items, products and/or services.

MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies and our Terms and Conditions of sale at any time and in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review our policies, Terms and Conditions each time you visit the website. Your continued use of the website after we make any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If any of the Terms or Conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that Term or Condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Term or Condition.
